Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your electronics in their original box with all internal protective foam, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
